Working in Illustrator on the new Gateway 21inch monitor is a dream come true.

I've been drawing comics professionally for a decade now but only on the computer for the last couple of years. I always hated drawing to rectangle comic board proportions on a square monitor screen. That's all gone now. I am drawing rectangle pages on a rectangle monitor! And it is awesome!

This work here is for my upcoming Iron Man book. It hasn't been announced yet by Marvel but it will be shortly. Hope you enjoy a sneak peek!

All my art is drawn and inked in Illustrator 10. Check out my blog at [link] for tutorials on drawing comics in Illustrator.

that is bloody hiliarious!!!!! congratz!!!
Holy lord. How can you do something like that in Illustrator? I can hardly get it to do simple clipart, let alone a full-blown comic page. So many layers...that's crazy amazing. (I'm assuming you draw this straight into the computer.)

I didn't know they made monitors of that proportion. Sounds like a nice luxury.

Yeah, spectecular work, but that, of course, goes without saying.

I have a disease called art. If there's a cure for this, I don't want it.
